This swept point |t||t| tanto blade design |t||t| bali has an aggresive edge with about an inch of serrations. The handles are solid stainless with black coating and lock up is pretty good in the open and closed positions. The wrench heads on the blade tang look like they might come in handy but it's not much metal to get through if you wanted to remove them - just cut with a file enough to get a channel going then snap it in a vice and smooth over with 220 grit paper. Or keep it as is for a very unusual piece in your collection! These do swing OK with that obstruction there you just have to hold a little lower on the handles.
