The button functions as the primary lock system and is backed by a secondary safety on the back of the handle. All knives shipped now include the additional carbide glass break nib. This is mounted to the handle at the hilt of the knife and positioned to be used in a forward thrust or reverse grip strike. This additional feature will disptatch any side or rear vehicle window with little effort from the user. This is the NON-AUTO (manual operation only) version of this knife.
