More Details

A "Kris" is a dagger with a distinctive serpentine or undulating blade. It originated in Java, eventually spreading as far East as the Philippines, where it was adopted and embraced by the local martial cultures there. Most of these daggers featured intricate, pattern-welded blades and elaborately carved handles and scabbards, serving as highly effective weapons as well as masculine status symbols. Our Naga Kris, named after Naga, the mythological snake, is our affordable, somewhat simplified interpretation of the scarce and costly originals. Made from a single piece of 1055 Carbon Steel, it sports a hollow ground blade, integral quillions, and a comfortable Paracord handle. It comes fully sharpened complete with a heavy-duty, black Cordura sheath.

Specifications:
Weight: 9.4 oz.
Thick: 4 mm
Blade: 9"
Overall: 14 1/4"
Sheath: Heavy-Duty Cordura Sheath
