Turning to the very successful InterFrame construction,
CRK&T used tough textured Zytel® scales over a 420J2 stainless steel
liner inter-frame instead of aluminum handles over-building the M16z for
rigidity. The M16z has a dual grind Tanto-style blade and features the
Carson Flipper, which is not only an aid to opening the blade, but acts
as a finger guard. This model also incorporates the patented* Lake And
Walker Knife Safety (LAWKS®) which converts this large folder into a fixed
blade when engaged. Also housed in this prescision work of art you'll
find Teflon® bearings and a removable Teflon plated stainless steel clothing/gear
clip. Think of the M16-Zytel the Clydesdale of knives—mammoth in size
