You may return any knife purchased from the KnifeZilla.COM website for an even exchange or a refund of the purchase price less handling for up to 14 days from the date that you received your order provided that the item(s) are in new new condition and are complete with all the originally included materials and/or components and packaging.  A carried knife is a used knife and is non-returnable so we suggest that you give all newly purchased knives what we call the coffee table test drive:  After you get it put in on the coffee table in the living room for a few days so that you are sure you want it before you start carrying it around in your pocket.  Please call or email and we will arrange for you to return it using the appropriate shipping method in conjunction with your return authorization number so that we will be ready to take the necessary steps when we receive your knife.
