We first encountered this Dan Valois invented ultra cool buckle knife system in the early 90's and it's been heralded here as one of the most awesome and hard to get concealed knife carry systems ever seen anywhere. And that's really saying a lot because they're are so many excellent designs out there by all kinds of makers that involve so many different ways to pull a knife and have it at the ready. But we could never have offered you a Dan Valois system for the same reason we couldn't really sell you boots or pants - there's umpty different designs and colors and then every waste size is different (and changing too!) So even at his reasonable cost of about $200 it would be the largest inventory of any item possible.

There is absolutely no better concealed, no more secure and easy reflexively deploy incredibly fast system anywhere to date that will put a better knife in your hand for what you would need to do in a situation like that. Grabbing at your gut is just reflexive as it is when you're in danger - we all do this - and when it's ultra close quarters combat and you're inches away from an opponent this will save your life because it comes out of no where and you're holding it in a slashing blade outward motion. It's also completely concealed and it's the last thing that will ever get picked up on you anywhere you go.

Don't look at the knife or the blade just look at the handle and how easy this is to hide and then how secure it will be on your person because you could just about roll down a 250' hill and it would still be there locked in place. The blade will deploy without opening the belt - that it is really the magic here and it takes a good tug to do that.

This newly devised master cutlery version also of course has an adjustable belt. That was the big hold up in getting something awesome like this into everyone's hands because the kydex retention system was built right into the leather belt (stitched and glued) and now there's an adjustable lock system similar to a military belt right on there. Get it to where it fits plus a little and cut away the extra then heat sear the fringes. Works great for left or right handed users too!


Blade length is 3.5" total with a finger choil, serrations and 2.5" of cutting edge.


The heavy duty web belt is 50" X 1.5" and the total weight of belt and knife 6.5 ounces.
